When You List with Us...

  • The Agent will compile comparative market data.  Together, you will determine the best market value for your home.
  • The Agent will tour the home.  Together, you will discuss the features and benefits you feel are important to the marketing of your home.
  • The Agent will prepare and present to you a customized plan designed specifically to market your home.  Together you will discuss the plan in detail, making sure all areas of concern are addressed.
  • The Agent will place our Cranston Real Estate "For Sale" sign on your property with your permission.
  • The Agent will prepare a color property profile sheet announcing your property coming on the market.
  • The Agent will place special feature cards throughout your home to highlight key selling points. (This is recommended for vacant homes, optional for occupied.)
